This message appears on a page I was looking at. What does it mean? And how do I know if my system is capable of playing it? I.e. where do I look to find out?

Thanks much.

You get better picture quality, but more of the disc is devoted to picture data so there's no room for the extras ("making of" featurette, trailers, interviews, etc.) that you would find on regular DVDs. It should play fine on regular playback equipment. See this article for details.
