I'm not sure if this is proper place for this but I do not see a better location for my question. If it is the wrong place my apologies. For some reason I cannot get the VOD feature to work on my computer. I have asked customer support for assistance but they cannot seem to help me. Here are the answers that I provided to their first go round of questions. I have sinced DOWNGRADED WMP 11 back to 10 with the same results. The main question that I have is what codecs do I need to get this work. I have tried everything that I know. Please someone has to of had a similar problem with this. Anyways here is the information:
- Type of your internet connection: 56K modem, DSL Line, Cable Modem, other.
Cable
- Are you using a Mac or a PC?
PC
- What version of Windows Media Player do you have installed?
WMP 11
- Were you able to view the sample clip?
No
- What operating system are you using?
Windows XP
- What browser are you using?
Tried Firefox and Internet Explorer
- What specific error message are you receiving?
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found.
- Are you trying to view this film from behind a firewall?
Tried both ways |
