Okay, there are movies that you put on your list because they are popular, and you want to see what the fuss is all about. There are titles that you choose because you're a feeling a certain way at a certain time, or you're not, but you want to. There are even shows to teach you new things.
And then there are selections that are timeless, that sit in your queue for months, but you know you will be happy to see them no matter when they finally show up at your door. Today, I was shipped such a title. What is it? |

IMDB tells me the filming location was indeed somewhere in Europe. Whether the production companies were all European is another matter. |

| Is it a comedy? It's possible you or I would not actually laugh while watching it, but y'know, did they try to make us laugh at least? |

OK, a comedy made between 1974 and 1985, American but filmed in Europe? Is that were we're at?
Is Bill Murray in it? |

It was not after 1980, and Bill Murray was not in it, to my knowledge. |

recap: Not before 1974, and not after 1980. Live action, laughter, but no Bill murray, and no spooky phenomena. It was filmed in Europe. Multiple production teams.

| Does the film take place in the present? Well, present day for when it was made. |
