While we're waiting for the next guess-the-movie, I have a specific scene in mind:
she gets lost
What is the movie, and who is she? Anyone care to give it shot? |

| Does "she" have Alzheimers? (It would be sad if the answer was "yes" to both questions...) |

I think around 4yo; no Alzheimer's
very close: actually, Alize, with an accent over the 'e' -- I think you got it |

sorry, no -- but I have dropped a clue, elsewhere ...

| Alizé, with an accent aigu -- that's the word I was trying to remember |

Even if you aren't recognizing a 4yo Alizé, there are still lots of questions that could pin it down.
--------------- Posting is working now -- maybe just a temporary blip in my ISP? |

| Wasn't hearing of anyone else having problems so it might just be your ISP but we'll keep an eye on it. |

Is SirenTiger just very very shy?
Sorry I'm so poor about checking my PMs.
April 11, 2008 - 5:25 PM PDT is "4yo" supposed to be "4 years old". If so, this biography for the actress who played Alize in Snoop Dog's Boss'n up is pretty ****ed up! However, This documentary about a single room school might not be. 'course I haven't seen either film.....
Here was the hint: kaream's Profile: My favorite movie(s): The Kid, Passion of Joan of Arc, Snow White, Henry V ('46), Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Wages of Fear, Court Jester, Seventh Seal, 8 1/2, Dr Strangelove, Arabian Nights ('74), Fitzcarraldo, Raging Bull, Etre et Avoir
Yes, Alize wanders off from a picnic -- she isn't lost, but no one can find her.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but it's a wonderful movie -- and if you rent it, be sure to watch the 'Poesies' in the extras. |

I'm going to take a guess and say Etre et Avoir? |

Empress, I truly apologize for not being clearer in my response. The problem was that when I copied and pasted the PM I received, SirenTiger's pointing link to GC's page for Etre et Avoir was lost, and I neglected to restore it.
So yes, you're right -- and so was she. |
