The new Universal release of Lost Highway is scheduled for release on March 25, but GC's search facility still returns only the poorly transferred import. I'm sure GC is planning to get a few copies of this new one, but until it's listed here, we can't queue it up -- and don't want to queue up the old import by mistake.

The advanced search seems to be the way to go these days: Lost Highway.

Actually, no, in this case it's just because we literally just added that one this afternoon. :-)

Yes, indeed, we have Lost Highway, the new, non-crappy edition on order for March 25.

Abandon all queues, ye old crappy version, and jump on the new one.

"There's no need to fear, Underdog is here.

Speed of lightning, roar of thunder,
Fighting all who rob or plunder
Underdog,
Underdog,
Underdog,
Underdog!"

One of the greatest cartoon theme songs, epecially in the humble yet lovable category.

Hey, and weezy ain't bad either!

Aww, I'm just the humble and lovable messenger, the capable support, catalog and purchasing department took care of all the behind the scenes stuff. Wait, I should talk in rhymes. What rhymes with stuff? Fluff.

Btw, I remember the first time I saw Lost Highway, and I was a big Lynch fan even then, I had a "What the..?!?" reaction to it, particularly the mindf--- plot twist. (And now the film's even creepier what with all the stuff about Robert Blake since then, who was already creepy in the film.) But after loving Mulholland Drive and understanding more the dream-ish plotting, I went back and appreciated LH more the second time. Definitely worth another look.
