Dan Perkins, aka Tom Tomorrow, corrects a misconception that might arise following a story in Variety about Michael Moore's next movie. It is not based on Stupid White Men, the runaway bestseller ignored by reviewers terrified to touch it in the immediate post-9/11 atmo, but it is going to be an animated feature. And it may well have the look and feel, and hopefully, the humor of This Modern World since Perkins is doing art direction.

Sounds fun, but I'm still wildly anxious to see Bowling for Columbine, which got raves at Cannes and will see limited release in the US in October, or for that matter, Roger & Me on DVD.
