Should Bowwow care about this? (There is little doubt that she can make her own or that she has seen -- and hopefully not overly partaken in -- a variety.)

To those that bark on all fours, in some circles it has been hypothesized that human sh*t is even a delicacy...

Bowwow, care to comment?

When I was working with the Inuit on Baffin Island, I made an ice toilet for my crew... we'd crap in there, and it was all gone the next morning. The eskimo dogs were eating it! I don't know if they considered it a delicacy though... they didn't seem so discriminating...

Given that the British word for diaper is nappy -- which is often confused by Americans in the UK as slang for napkin -- this explains a lot...

Someone care to rename the topic and move this to the CULT board? :)

This is the fastest I've ever seen a thread get off topic.
:P
Dyy1, really you've gotten a ca'jillion recommendations. I'm curious but, do you ever look? I will give you some useful tedious ways to find the bestest anime. Try what I do when I'm desperate. I get a piece of paper and go to discountanimedvd.com or another anime source and go through it alphabetically. When I run across something I might like, I write it down and research it. Go to the bookstore, buy some manga, again, go through it alphabetically, write it down or hell, read it there. Get a Newtype or Animerica or Anime Invasion or Anime Insider and flip through it, write down crap you like. If after that, you have seen everything, downloaded and licensed on every kind of media, then come and say, hey guys I don't got anything to watch. Help!!

well honestly, ive seen everything in the recommendations. and most everything that isnt.

all the stuff that is out i pretty much either have seen or dont want to see, but i was hoping there was new anime coming out that i hadnt heard of..

i have done a lot of that researching, althought newtype is a little to expensive to buy every month. thats why i came on and asked. thanks for the advice anyway though.

Well, then, I'm in the same boat... as a bunch of good old stuff is drawing to a close (Samurai champloo, Monster...) I haven't heard much buzz about what's coming next... you just gotta download the first episodes of any new shows that come along and see for yourself, I think...

Oh, now I see. Yes, it's expensive. Like I'm one to talk, but maybe pace your rampant need until you've got a system out. Maybe go back over the ones you're snubbing--I do--it pays off sometimes. AS for new, Daphne in the Brilliant Blue looks interesting as well as Cromartie High School. There's also Divergence Eve, Stellvia and Tree of Palme looks very pretty. Some of these are one-disc'ers cuz they're new.

Yeesh.... I'm feeling no vibe or buzz from those at all...

> Divergence Eve

Whoa, look at them D cups! Can't be as fun as Grenadier though...

> Stellvia

For me this was a blatant and inferior Battle Athletes Victory knockoff. Fun show, and good OP music, but it's pretty run of the mill stuff.

> Tree of Palme

That might be interesting... A movie... I'll add it to my queue.

Daphne in the brilliant blue is awesome but completely ecchi, you will not enjoy this unless you are a guy who likes almost completely naked babes running around kicking ass in your anime. I love the art style tho.

Cromartie - No comment, I decided based on description this wasn't something id watch

Deleted it after the first episode, in my opinion its utter crap.

All style no substance, great music, but really watching shipon constantly cry was annoying. Id rather not.

"Daphne in the Brilliant Blue" is interesting mainly due to those techno-panties the girls wear. Each tiny little excuse of a panty looks like a small metal plate tha sticks between the buttocks. How does it stay in place without any strings? Is it glued on? Is it pluged into the girl's you-know-where? Oh how the mind wanders.
