Seems pretty amusing, I've only seen through disc 3 at the moment. (4's been near the top of my queue since I joined up again...along with several other things that aren't in stock either. Heh.)
It's about a kid who suddenly becomes the main suspect in a murder (on the anniversary of his brothers disappearance if I recall correctly) at first, and plays out from there. It's the only detective story I've liked in a while. :) Very odd and interesting characters, and the whole scenario is just a little strange. Obviously, having not watched the whole series, I don't know it all yet. :) |

I had seen trailers for it and it did seem intriguing to me, especially since I like the detective type series'. At first when I saw your topic I thought you were talking about the movie Spiral (Uzumaki). That was something else that I had wanted to see but someone said they didn't like it and turned me off it a little bit.

although I assume that was meant to be funny, I lost my sense of humor...I think it went to Canada
There's really no relation. Scooby Doo didn't have people getting killed, or a real overarching plot that I remember. Hell, it had nothing anyone over 12 would enjoy really. :p |

So is your official review that it is a series worth watching? |

Definately. It's fairly unique. |

It's really bizarre, though, that the main character doesn't seem to care enough to actually get more details from the people he's helping about the big secret. :p You'd think he's earned enough cred by now. (End of disc 5) Maybe he just likes solving mysteries, I guess, but you'd think... well...I dunno :) Clearly his partner cares about that bit... |
