Okay so I just finished watching Spiral the anime series which was suggested by someone who no longer has an active profile. Now I just finished it and it was great up until the last episode where I sat there for twenty minutes staring at the menu thinking, "what... the... f@%#!" I feel so incomplete and am so ridiculous irate that I NEED ANSWERS. I cannot go on living if I cannot find some type of satisfaction. Is this a manga that continues on like Kare Kano? Or did they just ruin what would have been an AMAZING anime?

I know of what you speak.

I just finished the series last week, and well, I was a tad disappointed. SOOO many hanging questions about his brother, the blade-children, the curse, why are they being hunted??? AND NOTHING WAS WRAPPED UP! Nothing! If this anime were christmas there would be a shortage of wrapping paper: nothing wrapped-up under the tree. This is disappointing as I do love mysteries and puzzles, which this series had in spades to begin with, but made nothing of.

Of what hunting I have done so far, which admitedly hasn't been much, I have yet to yield any news of a sequel or a manga finish.

I am just a little let-down by Spiral as it began well, but it couldn't shift out of second gear. Even the final commentary track with the english voice cast spoke of the hanging, unresolved questions... so, I am stumped about its future, if one exists.

Haven't seen it, but thanks for the warning. According to ANN there is a manga that has finished its run it Japan, and it looks like its been licensed but not released in the states. Don't know if it finished the story.

Here's the first volume if anyone wants to give it a try, too. I've heard good things.

So there is a continuation of the story but it has yet to be licensed?

Okay so licensed but not released in the US, so there is some type of continuation to the story other than what I have seen.

I only know that it exists, I'm not sure if its a continuation or not. For all I know it could have the same lousy ending.

Wouldn't that just suck!

Your hope is raised, only to be dashed later with the same "lousy" ending.

I was already to buy Spiral but now I don't think I could do it because I would be pissed off everytime I watched it.

Yeah, that's a bit of a deal breaker. ^_^

Ps. Sorry about the "Homeless" thing.
