horusatwork	post #1  on November 3, 2006 - 3:19 PM PST   Hey, Greenciners I have been trying to get some info on a sixties horror film that I saw as a kid that creeped the heck of out of me, but I don't know the name and remember very few details about it except a)the closing music was "Those Were the Days" by Melanie (I believe) and b)there was a scene in which an eyeball rolled down a wooden staircase. Not much to go on, I know, but does anyone have a clue about this movie? Thanks!
hamano	post #2  on November 3, 2006 - 4:02 PM PST   I believe that was Mary Hopkin, not Melanie... however, the credited composer's entry in the imdb doesn't list any movies that contain the song "Those were the days"... He composed the American version of the theme for Gigantor, though! Eugene Raskin Those Were the Days background and history.
underdog	post #3  on November 4, 2006 - 12:25 PM PST   "Those were the Days"...? Hm, I don't remember any giant eyeballs rolling down staircases in "All in the Family!" Oh wait, different song by that name. Yeah, if you could remember just one more detail, that would help. Sounds vaguely familiar, like a Roger Corman movie I once saw, but don't know yet...
