I had this movie on my queue for a little while, but now it says that it's no longer available. Were all the copies lost or damaged? I looked it up at Poker Industries, but their site says that it's out of print. What happened? Is an R1 disc on the way?
I heard about this film some time ago, sounds pretty interesting. It's supposed to be only about 50 minutes long, but there are a lot of good "long" short films out there. I have Gojoe on my queue (it's the only Sogo Ishii film currently carried by GC), but I probably won't get it real soon since its availability is in the orange. Anyone seen that movie? |

| Hmm, apparently HTML formatting doesn't work with the topic headings. |

| Unearthed Films has it. For some reason, they've been looking for a better distribution deal and have postponed all of their spring and summer releases. Too bad, they have a lot of interesting stuff all ready to be released. |

electric dragon is awesome. i ended up having to download it (also been scouring the web for a copy). the version i have has no subs, but the dialogue is minimal so i could still follow it. i haven't seen gojoe yet, but i really really want to. it's another one i have been trying to find. i just got dead end run (a really really sketchy version off of ebay) sogo ishii's latest which also features tadanobu asano and masatoshi nagase in it's cast. haven't watched it yet. looking forward to it though. |

I saw Gojoe a while back, and I didn't like it that much. There's a cool fight and the end, and it has some interesting visuals and music, but there wasn't much else to hold my attention. Jun Kunimura from John Woo's Hard Boiled, Miike's Ichi The Killer and Kill Bill: Volume 1 shows up briefly. Did anyone else who saw Gojoe like it more than I did? |

Woops, just mentioned this film in another thread - sorry for the redundancy.
Yeah, I owned Gojoe but didn't like it much, so I sold it in a lot with some others on eBay. It was a great-looking film - my DVD was incredibly crisp and bright; it just didn't hold my interest, though. |
