I believe the series Charmed started right around the time Buffy did, right? Well, I tuned in for about a season or two, and then stopped watching, then tuned in for another season. (I watched long enough to see Piper have a kid?) Now I'm tuning back in, and I'm shocked to see that it's...well, it's gotten better. I saw TNT's episode tonight, the one with Wyatt being good, then evil (from the future). I actually got teary-eyed at the end. I am one mushy girl. :P *sigh*

Is it just me, or is Rose MacGowan's skin absolutely gorgeous? Man, I could almost kill for her skin.

Uh-oh. That's *not* a good sign. Just resist those voices. And remember, no matter how badly you want that skin, making a suit out of it and wearing it *won't* make you her!

Be strong, Battie! If we both put our minds together we can resist this and live a relatively normal life.

And ... what, do you mean, "figure of speech"?

I'm sure Marilyn Manson wouldn't mind giving you his (skin), in fact, I think he might get off on the idea. The thought of extreme pain might turn him on.

Hmmm. okay so I wander into a TV thread... SUPPOSEDLY about the show Charmed and I find that I am two seconds a way from skinning a woman and wearing her dermis to make me feel prettier... I...suddenly...hear...voices...what have you guys done to me?! Why do I now crave human flesh....?!

I'm not entirely sure why Sonja things my will power is ... faulty. So I've made one or two skin coats... What about all those days I *didn't* make a skin coat? No-one ever talks about that!

Not my fault! I wanted to see who agreed with me...or who decided I was a mindless, fool for watching anything the WB created.

Hey, WB created Buffy! and Angel.

*sigh* my humor has been falling *flat* lately.

...and WB also created 7th Heaven (late 90's version of "Eight is enough", but with more obnoxious kids), Wonderland (updated version of "Different Strokes", but with more "edgier" kids), and that Jamie Luner show that never took off. It was set in Malibu or some SoCal city.

Engaging, isn't it.

Buffy and Angel are nothing to brag about. First season = good and new. Every successive season = When will it end? Is Buffy OVER yet? Angel?

Hey! 7th Heaven isn't so bad. Bad, but not as bad as some. I refuse to watch Desperate Housewives. Sheesh.

Actually, I stopped watching the WB a loooong time ago. With the exception of the occasional Charmed episode. These days, I catch TV and radio commercials of their shows and think, "What in the world led them to believe every teenager in America wants to watch this? Worse, that many teenagers are LIKE that?" Selfish, obnoxious morons. Of course, I'm judging by commercials and their episodes synopsis. *naughty*

But then...I believe these are all off-shoots of...DAWSON'S CREEK. *gasp* Who could forget that horrid series that made movie stars of its pretty actors and actresses?

Or that damn annoying song?

[*yawn*]

While I would agree that both shows take extreme liberties with vampirism, I feel that Angel: The Series seemed to age like red wine.

That, and Angel features Mr. David Boreanaz. (His dialogue is often delivered with a distracted stammer. Very...um, cute.)

[**yawn**]

I agree. Clearly, a young and wholesome(?) Texas gal who watches things like Kept and Strip Search have to draw the line somewhere... ;)

Don't make me bring up the history of the "H" bomb as a testament to the failure of self-control. ;)

I am no hypocrite. I have my...moments, too.

I'm going to sleep now...

Well, I admit, I haven't watched an episode through since that first few episodes. The few minutes I've seen here and there don't seem quite as bad as late-Buffy. I like the green demon dude. :P

Hahahaha! Oh man, I might have to quote you, Sonja!

But, I must defend myself...both are about the eye candy. And maybe Kept is a little about the humor behind some of Jerry Hall's comments. :P Ohh..you reminded me..another episode is on tonight! Yay!

I *very* much like Buffy (to each their own) which I discovered very late. I was amused to note in Sonja's rental list that she had rented well into the second season of Angel.

Yes, I had a feeling that to that you were referring.

I'm sorry if that lessened you in my eyes. On the other hand I did wait and put up with a lot *until* then so in a waaaay I displayed self-control up until the point....

*ground snaps under woozy's feet after the thin line he had been treading is stretched too far*

If its any consolation, I've been feeling pretty lousy and awful since.

Sleep well.

*mutters to self... "no self-control?... I'm not kissing her good-night, am I? .... That shows self-control... *

That would be Lorne.

Well, Austen seems promising as "the total package" -- not that I'm rivoted to my seat in anticipation.

Now, why do I get the impression that I have somehow contributed to the delinquency of a minor?

Ms. Hall is becoming Ms. Elizabeth Taylor as the years pass.
