I know it's hyped as being created by those who did the Wire, and since I never seem to have the time to commit to watching the series and all its seasons, I'm tempted to try my hand at watching Generation Kill since it just started this year. What's the word on this show? Does it live up to the hype? I feel like there was a lot of good word on it when it began but have heard little in the pipeline about it since.
