ok now I know this film is getting ripped but honestly it isnt that bad at all.. I personally like Anderson's work.. i liked resident evil and i love event horizen.. anyway people expect too much.. it had some good fights... fact that its pg-13 is no big deal its got plenty of alien blood and impailings. Its short but never boring. I think any fan of either series should enjoy this.. The predator's history is sort of interesting.. Overall its better than Aliens 4 and Predator 2 and Id say better than Aliens 3 as well.. its a freakin movie just have fun, thats the point

AvP pissed me off, it wasn't the worst movie ever or anything but I had such high hopes for it because I love the AvP comics and video games. I wasnt asking for alot here guys...just some kick ass fights between aliens and predators...and somehow paul anderson manages to mess it up. Makes me so depressed just thinking of how good this could have been...

Make sure to put the W.S. in there! I won't have anyone think you might be cursing Paul T. Anderson. ;) Boy, talk about two directors with the same name being on opposite ends of the talent stick.

AVP, to me, was so bad it was good. Which is still disappointing, because I wanted it to actually be good. And if it weren't for the human characters, it might have been alright. Or maybe if they got some people who COULD ACT! Or some writers who had made it past 9th grade. OH THE FLAWS in the script! If nothing else, AVP would make for a great "Drinking Game" movie.
