So there I was, innocently doing my Spanish composition and watching House (more the former than the latter) when a New Moon commercial came on. I normally ignore those, but my eyes seem to be magnetically attracted to hot man-flesh. Okay, man-boy-flesh. It was, surprisingly, a trailer focusing on Jacob instead of the pale sparkly dildo that is Edward (don't blame me, blame SmartBitchesTrashyBooks.com). So there's Jacob, in all his muscle-y glory (and oh how glorious it was), shirtless, wearing tight low-slung jeans, long hair falling over his shoulder...Oh man. They do know how to tempt a girl.
So, of course, I go looking for the trailer so I can, ahem, verify uh...*goes blank* I have no defense. I wanted to look at the hot man-boy with long hair. Y'all know I have a sweet tooth for Native American men. And so I stumbled upon this utter gem of parody, the Rastabortionist
If you don't watch it, you are a disgrace to everyone with a sense of humor! |

Okay, that was just wrong. Lol.
SNL had a great digital short that takes the whole "hot monster guy" thing to the next level: Firelight. |

Gotta give Taylor Lautner kudos for working out so much (although he's still baby-faced). Yes, I've read the book series, but no, I haven't seen the Cedric-Diggory-with-Lisa-the-teen-sister-from-"Zathura"-and-Sharkboy movie. :)
Taylor Swift's (who's supposedly dating Taylor Lautner) skit on SNL was a hoot! |

Yeah, Taylor Swift actually did pretty well on SNL, surprisingly enough. The parts I didn't doze through were pretty good.
Here's a classic bit of Twilight mocking: Buffy vs. Edward. |

| I didn't understand the Taylor Swift Wolf-Boy connection until I went to the grocery store and peeped the tabloids. "THEY'RE IN LOVE!" |

| Okay, so it's maybe not so funny anymore (even though Slate's Broadsheet had an interesting article on how New Moon's success may change the movies being made for theater audiences). Beating The Dark Knight's midnight record? REALLY? Who are these people letting their tweens out at midnight!? |
