Hi. I'm only posting this here because twice I've tried to contact support failed. Once using the web site's support page and once emailing to "customerservice@greencine.com; support@greencine.com."
I returned the DVD "Spirited Away" probably about a month now, but apparently it hasn't reached (probably never will) Greencine. Can you clear the disc from my queue? Thanks.
