How to report DVDs you haven't received?

Hey guys, I hate to ask this here as well, but maybe if anyone else knows, I could get a more immediate response.

Anyway, how to report a missing DVD: I have a DVD I'd/I've been waiting for--Takeshi Miike's "Dead or Alive"--that was said to have been shipped on the 24th (last Friday), but I still haven't seen it a week later. During that time I've received (and returned) 4 different DVDs, so something seems to have definitely happened to that particular one (much to my disappointment, as I've been meaning to see it for a few years now!).

Anyway, per the instructions of customer service, I gave it a full week before wondering about what "the next step" was/is (I'm only a few towns over from either of those SF Valley shipping centers too, so I know it couldn't have taken the post office that long to send it under normal circumstances.

So what do I do now? Should I just mark it as a "Quick Return," or will you just rearrange it in my Queue??

Just send an email over to support@greencine.com, and we'll remove it from your checked-out list. We'll also put it back at the top of your queue and bump your priority so that you're first in line for the next available copy.

Some customers do "quick return" their lost discs as well, but it's always good to let us know that it's missing so it's not just sitting there in your quick returns list if the disc is indeed lost.
