kaream	post #6  on January 23, 2012 - 4:17 PM PST   One thing I'm a little puzzled about is that the computer almost appears to be shipping me discs from a specific Eclipse Series, even though I've deliberately scattered them out of sequence further down in my queue, and do *not* want them to preempt titles nearer the top. I hope this is just coincidence. Otherwise, should I remove all those from my queue for now, so we can concentrate on other titles?

Text of PM attempted to send: Saved from the Flames Disc 2 - broken disc Hi weezy-- I'm returning this disc to GC today, with note attached, "Cracked along edge". Please re-enter this Disc 2 at the BOTTOM of my queue - I'll re-sort it later. Why won't you PLEASE throw out all of those terrible tissue-paper mailers that keep getting all of your discs chewed up??!

But it's good to know there's actually a live body over there at "Support" sometimes. I do hope they'll go back to the top of my queue for my next up, instead of sending a replacement for this green-bar from way down further.
