| I have noticed over the last month or so that shipping times have been really fantastic both directions. Good move in getting the new location for the shipping center! After all the wrinkles were smoothed out, it really is noticeably better than before. |

Thanks for the kind words, shiftless! New envelopes have not come in quite yet but are on their way shortly. Just gotta burn through the new stack first. |

| Oh, I guess I just haven't had a major envelope wrinkling incident lately. ;) |

The new location is definitely much better for transit times, in both directions. And like Cinenaut, my last few mailers received have been less chewed up than usual.
But - "Just gotta burn through the new(?) (old?) stack first."
Well, this is a trade-off, between risking a bunch more broken and lost DVDs, as opposed to just throwing the old stock of flimsy mailers into the trash, and protecting your expensive stock of movies. I sure know which I would do. |

Yes, some of the mailers they're using are thicker paper, but the last few I've received are the older ones, which are not a whole lot better than tissue paper. I've started reinforcing these with clear packing tape for my returns, even when they didn't arrive all chewed up.
And even the thicker ones are not really all that much better, still flimsier than NF mailers. This is a classic example of saving a penny on mailers to waste big bucks on broken and lost discs. I hope these are not the "new" mailers that weezy said they had ordered.
And the stupid "OPEN HERE" arrow still points toward the top instead of the bottom perforation. |
