Here's the text I was trying to send:

Weezy, I never received Le Beau Serge - it was shipped out to me and received back to the warehouse the following day, so obviously the mailer fell apart in shipping.

It was yellow-barred, and I'd still very much like to get this movie. Can I please be moved up to top priority for a reshipment? Thanks for any help you can give. --kaream

Well, now putting Le Beau Serge back on my queue, it's green-barred this time. I don't know what that means, for it to go from yellow to green. This is a fairly high priority for me but by no means top-of-queue. So for now I'm leaving it further down.

Isn't it pretty obvious that when a disc is received back the very next day following shipment, in a torn-up mailer, that it had never been delivered to its addressee?

I had the exact same thing happen, strangely enough with Le Beau Serge also. I think it was just a glitch in their program and nothing was shipped.

Sorry guys, inbox is cleared now. Yes, if a DVD is returned to us the same day or next day that it usually means we spotted a problem with the disc and didn't send it out.

So what's going on with Le Beau Serge now? It had been yellow-barred; you notified two different subscribers that it was being shipped, but neither of us ever received it. Then it turned green when I re-queued it, but now it's yellow again.

In any case GC wasted a shipment for me. I wouldn't at all mind getting an extra movie as a make-up. (Actually receiving this Le Beau Serge wouldn't be a bad idea - I was looking forward to seeing it - but if that doesn't work, anything else from my queue would be nice, to make up for that lost week without any movie.
