kaream	post #3  on August 30, 2012 - 4:28 PM PDT   Stuff gets delayed in the mail. You're supposed to wait one full week plus one day from your date of return before declaring a disc as being lost. Also, these mailers get trashed in USPS sorting equipment. I always reinforce them with clear packing tape before sending them back, and haven't had a problem since I started doing that.
