I am on the east coast.Three movies were shipped out on the 22nd.It is the 25th and only two movies arrived today.I had a similar occurance happen on another site this week as well.Since it happened on another site this week, do I talk to the USPS and not you? Do I wait until tomorrows mail and see if the 3rd movie comes before reporting missing?

I think most people wait a week. I am in the Mountain region and it has been a week since they shipped a disc that I have yet to receive, I mailed support@greencine.com so hopefully they send the next disc or another copy of that one.

Didn't come today either.
The problem is being on the east coast - 4 days sent shipped now, 7 days to wait until report, atleast 3 more days to get to me. Thats half of a billing cycle for 1 movie not counting sending it back.In the meantime only 2 slots are going to be moving.
Wasn't sure what to do, as this is my 1st shipment with Greencine. |

Hi BluffingJ, if the third movie doesn't come on Monday, just send us a note and we'll mark it as "lost" to get your queue moving again.

I understand things get lost in mail.Just frustrating for it to happen right away, and being on east coast 1 slot turns stagnant for potentially 14 days of a billing cycle.
