As of 11/9 (my billing cycle is on the 22nd), I have yet to have a single shipment without a shipping problem.Having to report twice for every shipment that something hasn't gotten to me and something hasn't returned.
I'm 3 or 4 shipments in, and this is the first one that more than 1 that I mailed back got returned.Even then, I'm having to wait on 1 of the movies to get to me (11/9 would be day 4 since shipping).
Haven't heard anything from the post office.Filled out the form a couple of days ago.Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint where the disappearing is occuring.So I can't just go down to my PO with blank acqusations.
Any advice? The quick return is helping some, but with delays/problems in returning movies, have to wait a couple of extra days before I can even report them returned.
If you are me, do you continue when the billing cycle comes up? No other mail is giving me problems. |
