post #1  on December 29, 2012 - 3:15 PM PST   I am just wondering what the cancellation policy here is.I am on the east coast, and it is looking like a 5+day wait between when I quick return something and something else is sent out.This not counting the new years holiday.Being on the east coast, the quick return was the one thing that warranted spending the extra money.As until now, I was getting more movies faster than the cheaper and slightly better selection blockbuster. I don't know if this is just holiday slow down or what.Mainly just trying to cover my bases if things continue to go downhill service wise.I've already paid for the month, so i'm not about to cancel today however.
