BluffingJ	post #1  on January 7, 2013 - 12:09 PM PST   So far of the 4 movies that were finally sent on January 3 (day 8 after my quick return) 0 have made it to me, and 1 made it's way back to Greencine the day after it was sent out.We are moving on to day 13 without anything to watching.Anyone actually get anything yet?
Blumphf	post #2  on January 8, 2013 - 6:15 AM PST   Well, no disc yet...BUT i did get a reply from GC about my week and a half shipping delay and they gave me 2 weeks credit to my account, so that's something :) I guess i will renew my credit card and stay a subscriber for a little while more...it's gonna take about two or three more months to get all the Green titles I want from queue until there's nothing left. Nothing, that is, except for the 300+ Non-Green titles that are Non-Existent in GC's inventory.

Most of the stuff I want on DVD I can get from NF where it only takes 2 days, not 7-8 like on here. My GC membership helped me get titles that are too expensive or aren't available for rent elsewhere. Sadly, my Green titles are coming to end. When they're gone, then so will I be because the other colors aren't available.

I'm confused. Your queue showed that 4 movies were sent to you on January 3. You haven't received any of them, but one of those four is listed as returned now?
BluffingJ	post #7  on January 8, 2013 - 2:38 PM PST   1/3 - 4 movies sent out 1/4 - 1 of the 4 got returned another one got sent out 1/8 - Another 1 of the 4 from 1/3 got returned.And another got shipped out.The movie shipped on 1/4 arrived but neither of the last 2 from 1/3 have yet.

BluffingJ	post #9  on January 8, 2013 - 3:32 PM PST   Greencine has gone mum contact wise with me,since i brought it up.it happened twice in the same shipment is the thing.I could understand one mailer coming off but two at the same time, right after the week+ wait? Whats even more annoying is i have no clue when or what is getting here.Greencine has gone mum about this to.I'm cancelling if I hear nothing back by the weekend.They aren't giving me a reason not to. The Tracy Chapman song Give Me One Reason comes to mind right now towards Greencine.
BluffingJ	post #10  on January 8, 2013 - 5:20 PM PST   Just decided to cancel.The way Greencine handled the 2 week nothing, coupled with these problems that haven't been addressed have made 0 movies > greencine.
