| I thought my problems would be over, after this 10 day+ wait.Apparently not.So far 0 of the movies shipped on 1/3 have made it to me.Infact 2 of them have made it back to you already.I actually got the movie shipped on 1/4 before the 3rd movie from 1/3 showed up anywhere.This is slowing things down even more for me.As I have to wait another 3+ days waiting for the movies shipped out because the previous movies.Not only that, I have to readd the movies that never arrived.AND I can't plan what to watch at all, because i dont know what is actually going to arrive let alone when. |

Haven't heard back from them when i emailed about it happening the first time.Emailed them again today haven't heard back either.Did get my refund for the end of december shutdown.
However, if i wasn't still around $10 in the whole for this nonsense I would just cancel.If I was even near my billing date i would also just cancel at this point.However, my bill date isn't until the 22nd(coincidently right around when all this started).
No clue what is actually going to reach me let alone when, so i can't really just cancel since I don't have everything to mail back nor do i know when/if it's going to reach me. |
