Can't even close account without problems?

BluffingJ	post #1  on January 9, 2013 - 1:41 PM PST   I went to close my account, says i have 4 movies out.If they don't get them within 10 days of the grace period i will be charged. Problem is 2 of them were sent out 1/3 and they haven't even reached me.Contacted Greencine about this, still can't get a response.
