My account is pending cancellation due to the 12/26 outtage and 1/3 shipping problems.I get 4 out at a time, and currently have 1 title under home that's been mailed back.If I resume service, and quick return the title under at home, will I get 4 movies sent out at once? or 3 one day and 1 the next since I already have 3 open slots.
Been waiting since 1/11 for Greencine to answer this question. |

You emailed support@greencine.com on Friday during working hours? Have you been getting any replies from them at all? You're sure they're not going into your spam folder?
They don't work on the weekend. Maybe you'll get an answer by the end of the day today. It took a full 24 hours (during the business week) for me to get my last reply. |

Not going to spam folder just not getting a response at all to this one.Was during business hours as it was a near immediate follow up question to something else.
After sending two more copies of the email again today (1 this morning and one mid afternoon) I did finally get a response.Didn't really answer my question but I did get a response. |
