BluffingJ	post #1  on March 4, 2013 - 11:16 AM PST   After getting a quick follow up response last week, I am back to getting no response from Greencine at all.Last week,I mailed back all 4 titles that were mailed 3 days after I closed my account.However, I am on the east coast so movies take ages to clear my account.Just want confirmation that I won't get charged due to delays in movies getting back to them.Shouldn't be this troublesome just to cancel my account.

BluffingJ	post #5  on March 6, 2013 - 10:23 AM PST   Just this one I am in the process of watching.Someone who rents movies from an online movie rental service.He winds up cancelling his account due to 20+ days with nothing in his possession in a month.While he attempts to cancel his account, he is told he owes money for movies sent 3 days after he closed his account. He has mailed said titles back well within the allocated time, and wants confirmation that he won't be charged for them.After 140 hours without a response, he finally gets one that only says to contact them back in another 4 days.

The date they gave me to wait to is a Sunday.Know I won't get a response from them then, so would like to get a response now.However, even that is seemingly like getting a needle from a haystack. Anyone else getting responses as slowly as I am?
