I lost the return sleeve for this movie. So I put it in a envelope I had lying around. This was quite a wile ago. I was wondering whether you got it.

Go to your Queue and click "Rental history" in the top right corner of the white section, right below "Help" in the green header. This will show the date they checked it back in.

Well, GreenCine is not going to take any action on the basis of your having posted this feedback discussion.

Also, posting a "quick return" is not the same as giving them official notice of your having actually returned your movie.

What you need to do is send an email to support@greencine.com, reporting that you did in fact mail the movie back to them, on such-and-such date; and request that your queue slot be cleared. That ought to do the trick.

In your email you had better specify that you had lost their identifying sleeve, and ask whether they might have a stray disc of "Scorched" lying around somewhere. By "envelope" I assume you mean you had an extra GreenCine return mailer that you put the bare DVD in? I would explain all this if it were me.
