Now that is strange. It's true that GreenCine allows themselves 48 hours (not including weekends) to ship in response to a quick return when you have an open slot, but in the few discs they've been able to find available for sending to me, shipping has been same day more often than next day, and never longer than next day. Of course you want to report the quick return before their California closing time - actually, as early in the day as feasible. With 23 new greens you can't possibly have struck out on all of them. I think you ought to email customer service and ask them to explain that extra day's delay.

What have other people's experiences been in terms of warehouse turnaround on a quick return?

I did email them last night with the following:
Yesterday (Thursday) I "quick returned" my latest rental to you in the morning. At that time I had two Green titles in my queue.

Today, Friday about 11am your time, I added over 20 more titles to my queue...more than enough for you to have plenty of titles to send me one of them.

As of now, 645pm your time, you haven't mailed me my latest rental.

I don't really appreciate the fact that now it won't be until Monday--4 days!--until you mail me my latest rental.

As GC seems to shut down entirely now on Saturday and Sunday, I don't expect to hear anything until Monday at the earliest. Hell, I don't even know why I should expect to hear anything from these people anymore.

I've just joined and it is already a chore finding movies that are Green to queue - as from what i can tell on this thread anything else chances are slim they get sent.

I am a weird taste person, so i don't expect super lesser known movies to be available here. However Persona and Halloween both red? Come on Greencine.

Would have joined Netflix, but was called a fugitive by a CSR because it wouldn't take my card. Was also threatened to be banned from using Netflix online help chat, ignored and talked down to by supervisors there.

Don't have a local library or rental, and I'm not a new release guy. Will try this a month or so until I get annoyed by the apparent rent whats available not what you may actually want.
