How about Alan Ayckbourn's The Norman Conquests?
I wonder when "Rare Exports" will hit DVD? |

I finished watching Yawara. Thanks! I've been wanting to watch it for 15 years. Too bad Animeigo probably won't release more episodes.
Any possibility of getting Hetalia? |

We recently got Attack of the Crab Monsters in stock (gotta love those Shout! Factory re-releases). Click "rent" then rent disc 2.
You can request Grace here. and we'll be adding/culling through the rest shortly. Thank you for your suggestions! |

Brian Eno doc added! Good catch, Cinenaut, these always work best when we can add them to the new release page so people can see them. |

Wow, fantastic!
Maybe people who are looking for the Nicholas Roeg movie will accidentally find this, too. There's got to be a big overlap in interest.

Sounds awesome, looks like an old GreenCine writer was an extra in the film! (article link)
Added to the catalog here: All About Evil. |

Cool, thanks! I was a bit disappointed that All About Evil didn't get a more official distribution, but don't really know how all that stuff works.

Same goes for some new releases, too. I'll start posting them here so you can better tell us what you'd like to see most. Just hit the "request" button or chime in with a post, and we'll start picking some of these up. Here's a list to begin with and I'll have more of these up in the coming weeks. I've excluded requests that aren't yet available on DVD or OOP. > > Out last week - > Long Knives Night / Reporting from a Rabbit Hutch - documentary on Alexander Lukashenko > > From customer requests - > Road to Victory (sports drama) > Every Little Step (documentary about casting the musical Chorus Line) > You're Under Arrest Series: Fast and Furious (anime) > Yawara! I would really like to see all the James Bond videos on Blueray. They are much better on Blueray and they are classic! |

Hello AMacEwen5! We love Code Red. We'll be sure to pick up more titles from them, here's what looks like a pretty complete list of what we have from them so far. |

Great! So do plan to continue acquiring the Maria's B Movie Mayhem films through this year? FYI, the Code Red site now lists all the new & upcoming Maria DVDs
I think it's great that you have Code Reds for rent. I'm glad now there's an option beyond blind buys. I was starting to have a poor track record. A lot of these are films I simply want to see but don't feel the need to own.
I usually request titles via the email address, but if I may publicly suggest one:
The Nesting: Blue Underground released it earlier this year & none of the DVD rental services have it. Once again, it's the type of film I'm curious about but not confident to blindly buy. :)
Thank you! |

Some of the Maria's B Movie films look stronger than others, so we're picking up the ones with definite cult status and better (if any?) reviews. If we're missing any that you're dying to see, please do let us know! Send me a message here or a note to support, that's the best way for now to get a response.
The Nesting is a great suggestion, I'll add it shortly and come back here with the link.

For the cult enthusiasts on this board, I was wondering what y'all think of Scorpion Releasing. Here's the DVD request list I sent to Weezy (with the street dates in parentheses):
1. The Devil Within Her (9/20/11) 2. Nothing But the Night *AKA: The Devil's Undead* (Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing) (10/18/11) 3. Humongous (11/15/11)

I'd very much like to see the new Criterion edition of Three Colors that was released on November 15th, 2011. I saw the Miramax edition when it came out and enjoyed it but would really like to see what Criterion does with it, especially since they have a bonus disc in addition to the 3 movies DVDs.
Thank you. |
