| No one else is on steroids like you, when it comes to being BIG, cat.... I think I've got about 13GB but a lot of that are repeats (same thing at different sampling rates, etc.) Of course I have a lot of non-anime music... but those don't count. |

I used to download a lot of anime music files. But that was back in the good old days before the main-stream media caught on to the whole MP3 phenomenon. Right now my collection is stalled at just under 20GB.
My whole anime obsession started about ten years ago when I downloaded a MIDI file for the openning theme of "Ah My Goddess". I just have to collect more MIDI files from this and other animes. Later on MP2/MP3 files showed up. Then I just have to watch the fan-sub videos. And then anime VCD started to arrive, followed by DVD...

I have approx 100 or more Anime CDs. I used to sell them at conventions and got a great discount from my distributor, so I built mine up fast.
But that was 7 years ago, and since then I've been far more picky in what I get. So, after ripping what I liked I have about 3-4 gigs of anime music along with other stuff on my player.

| I'm TOTALLY OBSESSED with "Puffy AmiYumi" they are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute! I saw them at Anime Expo last year ... or was it the year b4 ... i donno ... BUT THE ROXORS MY (female) BOXORS! ... My last REAL anime music obsession was the truly amazing "Megumi Hayashibara" ... she must have done 50 anime songs alone by the time she peaked in the late '90s. |
