Does anyone know how many episodes there are in Chobits? 26 or 13?
Also where can I find the dvd release dates as well. Thanks in advance for any help.
Kind of offtopic, but any other anime similiar to Chobits that isn't video girl ai(seen it) or Oh my Goddess(also saw it)? |

| Chobits has 26 episodes and is put out by Pioneer in the US. You can find all of Pioneer's release dates on their Coming Attractions page. I don't know of any others like it. Sorry. |

what similarities are you looking for? if it's "love doll" stuff, there's the saber marionette J series. fer shur, a long way from CLAMP.
there's another one called my dear marie that doesn't seem to be out on DVD. in that one, a kid inventor makes himself a perfect girlfriend, it's not bad.
also there's spirit of wonder which is unfairly excluded from the "love doll" category by the technicality of the chick not actually being a robot. |

Ok thanks guys added all those anime so that should keep my queue up and going for a while.
Off topic, but I'd rather not make a new topic does anyone know if Mermaid Scar is on DVD? I saw it a while back on VHS and I wanted to get it so my little brother could see it. |

Steel Angel Kurumi, Mamotte Syugogetten, UFO Princess Warukyure (Valkyrie), Happy Lesson, Ai Yori Aoshi, Rizelmine, Sister Princess, Mahoromatic, and Hand Maid May.
are in that genre, or are at least similar in tone. Also, a couple of these titles aren't yet released on R1s' yet, but can be acquired through other methods.
