Has anyone else seen this?
I used to get my DVD's from GC in 2 days. Meaning they ship on Feb 17, a Tuesday, I'd have them in my mailbox by the 19th (Thursday). It's been happening like that since I've been a member, but not this week.
There are new spiffy labels on my DVD's that say "Time Sensitive Material" (yeah, like the USPS cares) and even though they were mailed on the 17th (from GC), (yet the label says "SM Date Feb 18," uh oh! Someone's lying to me! ) I just got them today, the 21st. Boo!
And I only got 1/2 of the amount I should have! USPS sucks!
Did anyone else see this happen with the new postage system? Or is it just me in New Orleans?
Thanks ya'll and Happy Mardi Gras!

| I also got 2 DVDs today with the new postage system. Mine too were sent on the 17th (according to my queue) but the stickers say the 18th. But I'm happy with it. I didn't expect these discs until Monday at the earliest (in Michigan). |

SAME HERE..my situation is EXACTLY like ivygirls mine according to GC were sent out on the 17th ..but the new "Time Sensitive Material" labels say 18th ..and like ivygirl i just barely got them today, the 21st ..WHICH normally i should have received them on the 18th!!!
Not only that ,just like ivygirls out of my 4 out..i only got half of what was sent ,2.
All i know is i thought i would be happy to finally see the movies come in ..but instead when i saw them, it just pissed me off cause it reminded me that they are late and i should of had them back on wednesday instead of saturday.
I do not know who is responsible for the very slow turnaround times lately...but if it doesnt go back to my 1 day turnaround..i know i will cancel my GC account, only because i do not want to get this aggrivated on a weekly basis knowing i am not getting the quick service i know i can and WAS getting before.
So if USPS is responsible for it..they better get thier shit together or they are going to cause GC to lose a customer..and if its on GC's side.. PLEASE go back to doing whatever you were doing from when i joined GC til recently ...PLEASE ..or i hate to say it ..but i will go.

| In Los Angeles, it normally takes 2 days, sometimes 3, every once in a while more. I got the first three "time sensitive" ones in 3 days, and the next still hasn't shown up yet, it'll be 4 days if it comes today. |
