My wife and I are going to Japan for a year to teach English. During that time, I have to stop my subscription to GreenCine. However, I don't want to lose my queue. It has taken me a long time to get all the movies on there that I want to see.

Is it possible to keep my queue alive even though I am not subscribing anymore? I'll be back in 12 months to start subscribing again.

I sent an email today asking for my account to be suspended. I have not heard a word back.

Hey Kingturtle! I just wanted to address both of your posts here.

Account suspension does not expire. This means that we will retain your username and queue indefinitely, and your account will remain on suspension until we receive word from you that you want to reactivate your account. When you're ready to come back to GreenCine just drop us a line at and we'll unsuspend your account.

Just to let you know, your e-mail was received yesterday when you sent it, and your account was suspended at that time. You were sent an e-mail as well so if you haven't gotten it you may want to check your spam folders.

Hope this helps, and good luck in Japan!
