I'll try this, since I haven't received a reply from customer service. I sent back a selection almost 2 weeks ago, but my shipping status says it's still out. My normal turnaround time is 1 day each way. It appears to have been lost/stolen in the mail. What is your policy for lost DVD's? Netflix allows you to report a DVD lost in the mail, but you don't appear to have this feature. This is very frustrating because I am 100% sure I sent it back. Thanks. And sort of on the subject, I don't live too far from your offices. Do you have an in-person drop-off to avoid this sometimes problem with the postal service?
