My Oranges are my list above minus a dozen or more, but many of that dozen got to me no thanks to GC.

My list of 200+ films is mostly red, orange, yellow & blue films.

I am getting a little tired of it. Over 100 of these films have been on my list for OVER a year and never changed color once.

I think there is a huge inventory correction problem. I am not sure they even try to keep the system updated.

Extremely frustrating!

Some of these films have been on my list for 4 years and never changed color once

High Hopes, Bleak Moments and Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.: The Complete Series (Disc 7 of 8).

The top 80 in my queue are all yellow and orange. I'm getting greens, but man are some of them awful, like Dungeon Girl DO NOT RENT IT. Yeeeech!

BUT ones I didn't think would take so long to get are:

The H.P. Lovecraft Collection, Vol. 1: Cool Air (2004)

xxxHOLiC: First Collection (2005)

What I find most frustrating of all is the new movies which are hyped and then go into permanent oange and yellow status. It's a joke. I'm debating with myself as to whether or not I really want to be a long time member of this service.

Of the 123 titles on my queue, 8 are green.

I think some of the non-greens have been on my queue since before GC moved.

same here

It's a very frustrating. "Les Doulos" is 1st on my list and it's GREEN. Been there for months like that. "Two-Lane Blacktop" is #2 and is blue. It's always blue and NEVER arrives.

Other movies such as "If..." & "Chicago 8" have been on my list since they were released and have always been orange/yellow. Been that way for years.

I am not sure anyone at Greencine cares. I used to love this service since they had many titles other companies do not. But if I am not going to receive the titles anyway why should I be paying the Greencine premium???

Sorry to hear you guys have been noticing weird and frustrating things regarding color/availability status. Obviously it shouldn't happen that a title is 'green' and doesn't ever go out so that tells us something is off. We're having a techie look at the availability tools to see why that happened/s. A support staffer is looking into your queues right now too. Again, sorry for that, we don't like hearing things aren't working for you. Appreciate your patience!

Anytime you notice any weirdnesses like that, you can email support@greencine.com and also send a GreenCine member mail to weezy here.

Cheers.

Thanks for the response. Lo and behold, Le Doulos was released today and was shipped to me!

There's definitely something weird with the system. I understand if "red" titles are damaged or extremely rare with high demand. But other movies, (e.g. - "Talk Radio", "La Plaisir", "Chicago 8", "If...") etc. seem to sit in "yellow"/"orange"/"blue" limbo for long periods of time.

cheers!

ok, so what's did the techie find out?

I have Inglourious Bastards sitting as Green in #3. And it's weird. THE ROAD was yellow, then went Green, stayed green for weeks, was never sent and then went back to yellow.

something weird going on

Nothing seems to be defective after looking over our color bar system. It is important to remember that the colors are just a general idea of how long to wait for titles, with the color depending on a lot of different factors. I will go back and look at some of the titles mentioned in this post just to make sure people aren't holding onto their movies for too long.
