So I got 2 automatic emails from the Greencine system today that a title had been sent, then received, by Greencine, and now the movie is missing from my queue, but a different movie in in the "out" slot. Anybody else have this happen today?

Didn't happen to me today (or yesterday, as the case may be), but a similar thing did happen to me in the past. i got a sent notice and then 2 days later got a received notice. i emailed customer support and this is the explanation i received:
"Thanks for letting us know. Once in a while, when the envelope (specifically the barcode) gets damaged, the item gets rerouted to the sender, which is why this occurs once in a while."

Well I got both emails on the same day, 4 minutes apart, so I don't think that explanation works.

Not sure what caused this but didn't hear any other reports of it. Might have been a glitch with the queue. Just to torture you! No, sorry, I will check.

Thanks! But the plot now thickens! The movie that was "sent" and then "received" so quickly has now arrived in my mailbox today. So now maybe it's the movie listed in my "out" queue slot (from the same day) that is a phantom? Such mysteries...

I'm just glad to hear that movies are still arriving in the mail. My last two titles have been MIA so far. |

Hmmm, I don't think the one they claim to have sent to me was actually sent though. Apparently a zero really can be a one.
