Hi GreenCine,
Wasn't sure if you realized it, but the Inbox where members send in catalog requests is full. When I tried to send in a request for new anime titles, I got a failure message that says "mailbox quota exceeded"(for the catalog@greencine.com and dvdrequest@greencine.com mailboxes). Just wanted to let you know!

They are also not checking icons@greencine.com anymore.

I suppose all communications of this kind should be sent to support@greencine.com.

I have a few lonely emails in that catalog inbox... sigh.

Speaking of email, this week, I'm not getting notification emails about DVDs received by Greencine that I've sent back, but they are getting checked in.

I'm not getting responses to my email that a movie supposedly shipped to me 9/23/11 has never been received and i am new and i do not seem to be able to get them to even send me a dvd until i email them and ask when are they going to send me a title from my queue. Anyone else have trouble like this??

Hey guys, the catalog@greencine.com inbox will be cleared tomorrow, but in the meantime please do send your catalog requests to support. jhroge - you shouldn't have to email us for every disc but sometimes disc do unfortunately go missing, hopefully we'll be more consistent for you in the future!

I just left Netflix for Green Cine about the same time. Was to have two movies shipped on the same date as you and nothing yet. I have emailed customer support and the feedback back email contacts and not received an answer at all...not even a courtesty 'we will investigate' reply. So far my experience with Green Cine has been lackluster.
