Still not fixed?? This is ridiculous. Is anyone even trying to fix it?
Netflix has deliberately dismantled their search function, for their own obscure (to me) reason - I don't suppose GreenCine is just following their lead? |

GC fixed the Search after my first post but it took them over a week to do it. And then yesterday it went kaput again.
Netflux's seems to be working again, however they changed it's format recently, and not for the better, imo..., I guess they wanted to make it more "idiot-friendly" or something... |

| Besides the search function not working again, there are other parts of the site not working as well. I can't access titles via the genre list on the left, or access my Queue. Doing any of these things sends me back to the home page. The latter two have never happened before, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. |

I could not access my queue for a bit bit on Tuesday. I have no problem now so hopefully you will be up and running again soon |

And now it's down again today (first time I've tried for a while). One would think that a bug fix would stay fixed - it's pretty frustrating not to be able to add any movies to our queues. This has been going on since May!
(I have to add that I sure did like it better when movies could check in and mail out on Saturdays; your being closed really messes up turnaround time now, even with the improved shipping times.)

Yeah, without Saturday processing it means missing two days (with Sunday) instead of one. You think GC would have held off on eliminating it NOW since the Post Office is gonna do it anyway (for everyone) in the near future. It really sucks for anyone like me who's on the east coast...:(
As for the Search going down again, I'm kinda resigned to it and it doesn't bother me much now...I mean, it's not like anything I search for and add ever comes up as "green" anyway.
btw, Weezy--if you happen to be reading this: I sent you an email last week inquiring about some titles at the top of my queue that I've been waiting on for months and years...any progress on checking on them? |
