A title was shipped to me yesterday...six business days and ten actual days after I had had nothing on the way at all. And no reply to the email I sent 3 days ago requesting a credit or free rental.

No sign of my supposed refund on my bank account as of today.Only thing I was able to get from Better Business Bureau was a form.Haven't heard back from BBB about what happens if they don't respond to complaint.As if they aren't going to respond,as history dictates, why bother from my end.

None of the 3 DVDs supposedly shipped out to me on 1/3 ever arrived. I'm reasonably sure they were never sent at all. It's been months since I've had to report a missing DVD, and speaking strictly recently, it never took more than 5 days to reach me, usually 3-4.

i got an email on 1/4 and again earlier this week that movies sent on 1/3 were returned without arriving to me.Greencine has stopped responding to email alltogether.So what am I supposed to do? I just want out of this.Don't want to have to pay for movies that got lost in mail.

I haven't received the 1/3/13 DVD, but I have received two that were sent on subsequent days.

Greencine knows i am trying to cancel, and know the movies on 1/3 haven't arrived.still won't do anything.I'm just trying to avoid paying fees for movies lost in mail.

I received a reply from customer service, and it appears that the 1/3 shipment had an unspecified problem, possibly damaged en route, as some DVDs were returned to GC without being sent to customers.

Greencine has responded satisfactorily (to me) by removing all 3 DVDs from my out queue and putting them back in my queue with priority, and promising a refund for the half of a billing period where my service was interrupted.

I didn't get anywhere near this offer.All I saw was the refund and telling me to keep waiting on the 1/3 that haven't arrived.

The refund was even before the 1/3 movies made it back to them before getting to me.Getting nothing but silence since.

Today will have been a week on that 1/3/13 movie shipment, so I'll drop support a line if it doesn't show up.

Movies shipped after 1/3 seem to be arriving right on time for me.

Maybe you should double check and make sure that some of their responses haven't been spam-filtered.

It looks like there was a major shipping problem on 1/3. Are all the movies you're waiting for 1/3 movies? Everything after that day seems to be shipping normally for me.

On January 9th I emailed them about movies not arriving from 1/3.All I got as a response was "Just let us know in a few business days if they've arrived or not".Nothing about the 1/3 problems from them, and they have completly ignored my emails mentioning the problem surrounding 1/3.

I haven't emailed them about my 1/3 DVD, because it's only just now been a week, and they don't suggest reporting them missing until a week has elapsed. If I don't get it today, I'll write support.

I have received the movies that were sent out on 1/4 and 1/5.

I've had 1 movie since december 26th myself.Support also didn't offer to clear the 1/3 movies from at home.

As far as my csr vs his.I couldn't say.The rare times i do get a response i don't get a name or anything like that.

I got a 1/8 DVD today, but no 1/3 DVD, so I emailed support.
