I'm lucky to get a response even if I email in the middle of a work day.If I actually have to follow up, better forget about it.Gotten to the point I may have to start sending the same email every 8-10 hours in hopes of getting a response.
Is this a similar experience to everyone else? Just wondering if it is a backlog created by the shipping problems,a lack of support help because of holidays, or if I've just been sent to the one that seldom checks email. |

Dude, isn't obvious to you by now that the whole of The Greencine Corporation is just a handful of people working out of someone's garage that has a DSL connection?

| As soon as they take a step forward with getting the shipment back on track, the customer support goes back the other way.Already cancelled the account (before things got back to normal).Since things seem to be back on track, using the response time/answer to my question as a barometer on staying. |
