To give an update, I finally received my first disc yesterday (even though the queue + email says it was shipped yesterday, but I'll take it). Hopefully this will be the end of ridiculous wait times & delays in service.

I've been waiting around 20 hours with 4 open slots for anything to be sent out.

Figures, two greens at the top of my queue get skipped.

Yeah, that's the other thing. All greens don't automatically ship every time. That's why it's good to have as many as you can.

I try and sort my queue, so that just throws me off somewhat.Moreso than the skippage itself.

Really? My experience is that Greens ship ALL THE TIME (or 99% of the time), no matter where I have them in my queue. Currently I had all my greens starting at slot #88 and above, and my last mailings were #'s 88 and 89. I'll lay odds all I continue to get are Greens at 90 and higher.

You've never had a green one get skipped before? It probably happens because somebody else got it that same day and it didn't switch colors yet.

I think we're discussing different priorities here... I DO NOT particularly want the Green titles I have in my queue to ship--they're only there because if I didn't have them queued then I would get nothing at all from GC. I WANT them to be skipped so I can receive the non-green titles.

But like I said, no matter how I play around with the placement of titles in my queue, I usually always get Greens no matter where they are. Their skip total has been 3 or 4 out of my last two years of renting. I have about a dozen left that I want...once they're finished then so am I with GC because I doubt they'll ship any non-Green titles because I really believe they don't possess them anymore.

With 50 movies on my queue, I've waited one month since I sent back the last DVD. Apparently none of my selections are available... but GreenCine had no problem extracting another payment from my credit card. I've been told DVD's are lost or damaged and then returned by the USPS without the customer being notified or another selection being sent. I'm sorry to have directed friends to this "service."

I'm still trying to get my 1st "full" shipment of the year.As I haven't had a shipment where every title has reached me yet.
