I am on the east coast.Counting only days where movies aren't under at home at all, I am over 10 days this billing cycle so far.Add to this the 3-4 day wait of being on the east coast. Is it this bad for anyone else? Seems like it's Christmas time wait all over again for me.

Today they'll probably be slow to mark anything as shipped because of the USPS holiday yesterday, but I've been getting good service lately (on the West coast).

They were quick returned Friday not yesterday.I'm having major problems with them sending out as I haven't had anything under at home over 10 out of 20 days this cycle.

Day 10 of nothing under at home this billing cycle.Looks like nothing yet again even though 90% are green and the other 10% are blue.

What do you mean by "nothing under at home?"

The single empty quick return slot I have hasn't been filled yet, but that's typical for the day after a three day weekend. Hopefully it will be filled in the next hour or two.

I have had all slots open for over 10 days in this present billing cycle. This is not including the waits for movies to get to me on the east coast, once they leave greencine.

I'd be pleasantly surprised to see any of my slots checked in as received today, but I'm going to guess that won't happen. I would not be surprised to see a title as "released to shipping" but not actually shipped until tomorrow.

On another note, I find it somewhat depressing that with all the hard-to-get titles in the catalog, Greencine spends money on copies of newly released trash like "Atlas Shrugged".

I would be happy if i even got a release to shipping today.Doesn't look like it will happen.Even though it contradicted what I was told earlier today via email. Tomorrow marks day 11 of this billing cycle alone with nothing checked out, or in the process of checking out.

That's very sad, indeed.

The empty slot in my queue did not get filled yesterday.

Haven't heard back since I let greencine know that I still hadn't had anything sent out even though they said they would try to.Today = day 5 with nothing under checked out in current stretch, or 11 days total this billing cycle.

How may green ones do you have in your queue in the first 100 slots? Maybe you should throw some more green ones in there. If you had some green bar movies that were skipped over, maybe they are not really green.

Everything but 1 title is Green, and the 1 title that isn't is blue.Other people are saying nothing was sent out in this thread for them either yesterday. So that really isn't applicable.

Right, I had an empty queue slot yesterday and it's still empty as I write this, but you're talking about 10 days. How may green ones do you have?

I'm not saying 10 days in a row

I had a period of 4 days right at the start of my billing cycle

Another period of 2 days later on in the month

Now today is day 5 in this present stretch

Per usual the greens/blues at the top of my queue were skipped. However, movies were finally released to shipment.Yay for a site that not only makes "what will be shipped out" a game but "will anything be shipped out" one as well.

Holidays seem to be throwing them for a loop these days.

I was having lost dvd problems regularly even before the christmas outage. So this isn't holiday related for me.Are you actually seeing movies shipped out or like me and "released for shipping"?

All 3 of my quick return slots were checked in today, plus 2 in my "Out" queue were received. That tells you how long it took for some of those DVDs to get checked in...

But hey I got a non-green as one of my "released to shipping" titles so, a mixed bag. Still, the service is definitely suffering as of late.
