In my continued greencine struggles upon joining, I have now had in my posession 1 title in the last 6+ days.Emailed them about it, haven't heard back. Can't QR the other titles for obvious may never get those slots opened again.

In my first 2 shipments

-3 Greens skipped in my queue
-No shipment inspite of being shipped together, has arrived in full within 24 hours of the first movie arriving.
-1 title in my posession since the 18th

Is this normal here and what I should expect or?

Welcome! What's your queue like? Make sure you've got at least 50 movies in your queue and also make sure that a lot of them have green bars.

Less than 10% of my queue isn't Green.I also am having Greens skipped on a regular basis anyways.

# of movies in my queue shouldn't affect 3 greens in two shipments being skipped.Nor should it affect 1 title arriving in 6 days.

Yeah, sometimes green bar movies are skipped. Just make sure you have a lot of them in your queue. The more movies in your queue, the better chance you'll have something shipped. That's the way it is these days with Greencine. If you are just trying to rent a mall group of certain movies, you may not be happy with Greencine.

Just killed the availability of both Friday the 13th and Arsenic and Old Lace as neither arrived to me in 7 days, and now neither is even a blue.

They were 2 of the 3 titles that never arrived.Still cant get Greencine to clear the titles, so had to quick return and hope greencine gets to it before i'm ready to mail back next titles (presuming i actually get something).

Again, the issue isn't they aren't being shipped. The issue is they aren't arriving timely if at all.

Once the DVDs are shipped, I rarely have any problems. They generally arrive within two days, but I'm in California.

Mine on the other hand are the regular green skippage, and problems once they actually get in the mail.

Well I've decided to cancel. Even more greens being skipped in the shipment being processed now is the last straw. Not to mention the slowness and lack of courtesy I am getting from the CSR.

Emailed them, as it is past 7 days where no title but 1 arrived.Got a response of keep waiting. No offer to clear the slots for me.Just keep waiting.

Manually quick returned them so SOMETHING could be sent out and attempt to get here. However, until they decide to clear them I can no longer quick return more than 1 slot.Even that won't happen until/if the title I mailed back, actually does return. That is, if anything actually does arrive to watch and return.

How do you stand this madness? about ready to blow my brains out less than 15 days in.

I legit just got a movie in the mail by way of a P&DC in Tulsa Oklahoma. Why it took 4 days to get from Cali to even there or 4 days to get from there to where I live is beyond me.
