New and Coming Releases: Feb 1, 2011.

 

We don't know if the groundhog will see his shadow tomorrow, but he should certainly see all the films out on DVD this week, because it's a great collection of titles from all over the world. A surprisingly good horror remake, a stark sci-fi/romance, a noodly remake of sorts, a must-see doc, indie horror and more. Check it out.

A ton of great titles out today, seriously. From a surprise Oscar-nominee for Foreign film to an underseen Hollywood movie with two great actors, a fun action romp, a mindf---/trip, the third Millennium film, the Spitzer doc, a film about a horse, and a lot more. All this and more coming soon!

A lot of good films are out on DVD today, including another of our best of 2010 picks, plus a nice indie treat from an actor/director, a compelling doc, a claustrophobic thriller, and more. Check these out and some very cool titles coming soon, all within.

New and Coming Releases: December 28, 2010

     

A small post-holiday release week still boasts some interesting titles, including a strong Aussie debut which screened at Cannes' "Un Certain Regard" program ('09) (Samson and Delilah), an omnibus feauturing the work of Alexander Kluge and Rainer Werner Fassbinder among others (Germany in Autumn), and a new one from veteran director Joel Schumacher. More inside!
