We don't know if the groundhog will see his shadow tomorrow, but he should certainly see all the films out on DVD this week, because it's a great collection of titles from all over the world. A surprisingly good horror remake, a stark sci-fi/romance, a noodly remake of sorts, a must-see doc, indie horror and more. Check it out.

A small post-holiday release week still boasts some interesting titles, including a strong Aussie debut which screened at Cannes' "Un Certain Regard" program ('09) (Samson and Delilah), an omnibus feauturing the work of Alexander Kluge and Rainer Werner Fassbinder among others (Germany in Autumn), and a new one from veteran director Joel Schumacher.
