Description: A short (ish) list of my favorite movies.

The Blues Brothers (1980)
"I'm on a mission from God." Great movie, better music. And lots of people saying "Hut! Hut!" And of course, the late, great Cab Calloway.
Braveheart (1995)
"Freedom!" I loved this movie. Ol' Mel whacking off the British like no-one's business! Fun (if not quite true) storytelling of the tale of William Wallace. Won a few (well deserved) Acadamy Awards
Bottle Rocket (Criterion) (1996)
"I've got a plan!" If you like Owen Willson (and his brother Luke), this is one of best Willson movies out there. Well done plot, characters, and it even includes a 25-year life plan! You can't go wrong.
Seven Samurai (Criterion Collection) (1954)
Quite simply, one of (if not THE) best moive ever made. If, for some insane reason, you haven't seen it, stop what you are doing, rent it and wait by the mailbox until it arrives. One of the few movies I have ever given a 10 out of 10 rating.
The Evil Dead (1983)
Not Rated
"The Evil got into my hand!" Ok, I'll admit it, its cheese, but its DARN good cheese! Its like a fine smoked gouda! It (and Army of Darkness) have provided endless hours of amusement and joy. Bruce "Ash" Campbell should get a lifetime achivement award
Aliens (1986)
*THE* evil alien vs. guys with big guns movie. I mean, can you GET any better then Bill Paxton screaming "Elevator stright to hell... going down!" I think not!
Ranma 1/2: Digital Dojo - TV Season 1 (Disc 1 of 4) (2001)
Not Rated
Ok, I have to pick some anime to put on my list, and even tho its kinda cheesy, its still my favorite. So, if you bored and want to watch something animated, give Ranma a chance (there's a lot of it to try!)
Rogue Trader (1998)
Ewan McGregor. Robbing billions from banks. Crashing of an entire stock exchange. Could you ask for anything more? (And its a TRUE STORY!)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998)
"'re walking around with a wasted girlfriend and a bag of fertilizer..." Richie's first (and best) film. Total brain-tweaker of a movie. Needs at least 2 watching to "get it" all. (And it has the "Cat" from Red Dwarf in it!)
Trainspotting: Collector's Series (1996)
"Just a lil' dab a speed! That's just the ticket!" A very interesting look a drug addicts and their "lives" Its not 'bunnies and butterflies', so don't plan on watching this film and at the end getting that "warm and fuzzy" feeling. Still a winner tho
Clue (1985)
"1 plus 2, plus 1... " One of the best movies to come out of the 80ies. Tim Curry was perfect as the Butler. It's hard to believe that murder could be so amusing! And with 3 endings to boot! Can't go wrong.
Time Bandits (1981)
"Don't touch it! It's Pure Evil!" - "It's the most fabulous object in the world." - "I need fruit!" - "I'm the Supreme Being, I'm not entirely dim." "Jolly, jolly good!" Terry and the boys from Python "reunite" for this movie. See it!
