When you see those nasty grasshoppers walk out of the fog, you don't need the "guns for hire" plot to tell you this is recycling Kurosawa! What's more remarkable is the wholesale stealing of images from Microcosmos.

	Runaway Train (1985)
A film made from an unproduced Kurosawa script! However, I'm certain that the final image of Jon Voigt is stolen from the ending of John Carpenter's 1974 SciFi classic Dark Star.
